Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Wall Studio. This policy explains when we refund credit purchases.

Unused credits — 14 days

If you purchased credits within the last 14 days and have not used any of them from that purchase, contact us for a full refund. This also satisfies the EU consumer right of withdrawal for digital purchases that have not been consumed.

Partially used credits

Once you have started using credits from a pack, that pack is considered consumed and is non-refundable. We may at our discretion refund unused credits pro-rata in exceptional cases (billing error, prolonged outage, duplicate charge).

Failed renders

Credits are only deducted when an AI render succeeds. If a render fails due to a system error, no credit is deducted. If you believe you were charged for a failed render, contact us with the transaction ID and we will investigate.

Chargebacks

Please reach out before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster.
