Welcome to Wall Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Wall Studio is a web-based wall layout designer with optional AI rendering. You may use it to plan, visualize, and export wall arrangements. AI rendering consumes credits, which are purchased separately.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
3. Credits and payments
- Credits are sold in fixed packs and never expire.
- 1 credit equals 1 successful AI render. Failed renders are not charged.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. See the Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes IP, depicts minors sexually, or violates law.
- Attempt to bypass credit limits, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the AI provider.
- Use the service to generate disallowed content under our AI provider's policies.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of images and designs you upload or generate. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service (storage, rendering, display back to you).
6. AI output
AI-generated images are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about accuracy, likeness, or fitness for any purpose. You are responsible for how you use them.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
